Maple cream cold brew coffee
Maple Cream Cold Brew Coffee là một loại cà phê ủ lạnh đậm đà, mịn màng được làm ngọt nhẹ với si rô cây phong nguyên chất và một chút kem. Ngon miệng, bổ dưỡng và mát lạnh.
This is cold coffee made the right way starting with cold water and coarse ground beans steeped over night. This brewing method produces a cup of cold coffee that actually tastes like coffee.
Prep time: 12 hours - Total time: 12 hours - Serves: 4 cups
NOTE ON MAPLE SYRUP
Get 100% real maple syrup, which is important for two reasons. First, real maple syrup doesn’t contain any artificial flavors that impart strange tastes and come with questionable safety.
Second, real maple syrup is significantly thinner than the ultra-viscous, artificial alternative. Having thin syrup makes it easier to blend the drink evenly, which provides a smooth mouthfeel and even flavor distribution.
INGREDIENTS
4 cups cold filtered water
1 cup coffee beans, coarsely ground
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (suggestion: Bernard pure maple syrup from Canada)
Cream
INSTRUCTION
In a large pitcher or jar, combine coffee grounds and water and stir gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
Once the coffee has steeped overnight, strain through a fine mesh strainer and discard the grounds.
Pour over ice and add maple syrup and cream to fit your taste! I usually start with 1 TB of syrup and just a splash of cream. If you find the cold brew concentrate too strong, dilute with cold water.
